These Billing Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all payments made on Jhuangnyc. By placing an order through our website, you agree to the payment policies laid out below.

- UK Customers — applicable VAT is calculated at checkout.

6. Failed or Declined Payments
If your payment is declined:

- Orders will not be processed or shipped until payment is successfully completed.
7. Recurring Payments (if applicable)
If you have signed up for a subscription or auto-renewal product, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method at the recurring intervals displayed at checkout (e.g., monthly, annually).
You may cancel a recurring plan at any time by contacting our customer support before the next billing date.
8. Chargebacks & Disputes
If you believe you have been billed in error, please contact us first so we can resolve the issue quickly.
Initiating a chargeback without notifying us may delay resolution and result in limited access to our services.
