2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within:

  • 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays)

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly extended.


3. Shipping Rates

Free Worldwide Shipping

We offer free shipping worldwide on all eligible orders unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Some oversized, heavy, or special-handling items may require additional shipping fees, which will be clearly displayed at checkout.


4. Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimated from the date your order is shipped (not from the order date).

United States

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

International Orders

  • Standard International Shipping: 7–21 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on destination, carrier, customs clearance, and local postal services.


5. Shipping Carriers

We work with trusted shipping partners, including national and international carriers.

Carrier selection is based on destination, package size, and delivery speed.

Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.


6. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

You may also track your order through your account dashboard on our website.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Jhuangnyc is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.


8. Incorrect Address and Failed Deliveries

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate.

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by incorrect addresses
  • Packages returned to sender
  • Failed delivery attempts

If a package is returned due to incorrect information, reshipping fees may apply.


9. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

If your package is lost, significantly delayed, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery notification.

We will work with the carrier to investigate and assist you in resolving the issue.

While we strive to ensure successful delivery, Jhuangnyc is not responsible for theft after confirmed delivery.


10. Multiple Shipments

In some cases, your order may be shipped in multiple packages due to product availability or warehouse location.

You will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.

There is no additional charge for split shipments.


11. Refused or Undeliverable Packages

If a package is refused, unclaimed, or returned due to delivery failure, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs and applicable fees.

Refunds will be processed after the package is returned and inspected.
