The Manfrotto 528XB’s tubes are made of sturdy stainless steel, allowing it to bear heavy loads, as well as aluminum, keeping the tripod’s weight to a minimum. The 528XB has a fully adjustable leg spread while incorporating a 30° locked position for faster set up and greater strength.
