The Ranger R80EX is a tilt-back, dual-assist tire changer engineered for high-volume tire centers and shops that demand reliability, speed, and ergonomic efficiency. Outfitted with the latest advanced features, this model combines Ranger’s rugged construction with upgraded functionality to handle a wide range of tire and wheel combinations with ease.

Equipped with an extra-large 34” turntable and adjustable RimGuard™ wheel clamps, the R80EX delivers expanded service capabilities while maintaining firm and precise clamping. The dual-assist towers provide independent left and right-side support with traveling drop-center tools, bead lifting discs, and assist rollers that make handling tough sidewall tires more efficient and less fatiguing for the operator. The pneumatic non-marring restraint device and built-in tire iron slot offer improved control during mounting and inflation.

Designed for maximum productivity, the R80EX features a bilateral, power-controlled bead loosener with a single-lever shovel handle for superior control and safety. A geometric tabletop allows for visual inspection and easier bead lubrication. The bead loosener’s stainless-steel cylinder is highly resistant to corrosion and moisture, ensuring long-term durability in demanding environments.

Operators benefit from an updated electric motor with thermal-cool epoxy insulation, along with spring-assisted vertical tool shafts and maintenance-free linear guide bearings for all moving components. A hardened alloy steel mount/demount head ensures consistent performance while minimizing tire damage.
