The gerotor positive displacement oil pump delivers steady lubrication to the crankshaft, bearings, and rods, helping to extend pump life up to 15% beyond typical splash-lubricated compressors. Equipped with a spin-on oil filter, it offers improved serviceability and reliability for demanding workshop use.

The compressor’s stainless steel reed valves with valve bumpers enhance strength and airflow efficiency, while graphite cylinder and head gaskets ensure reliable sealing under pressure. Its cast iron cylinders work alongside a high-efficiency fin and tube intercooler to maintain tight tolerances and reduce interstage temperatures, boosting durability and performance. An electronically balanced fan-type cast iron flywheel provides effective cooling for the intercooler, cylinders, and heads during operation.
