This two-stage air compressor features a 100% duty cycle with splash-lubricated cast-iron components designed for long-lasting performance. The high-performance QT-5 belt drive pump delivers more compressed air at a lower horsepower, helping reduce operating costs. Proudly built in the U.S.A., its aluminum head ensures optimal heat dissipation, while corrosion-resistant stainless-steel reed valves maximize efficiency.

The 4-cylinder cast-iron design maintains precise tolerances for reliable output, supported by industrial-grade bearings that extend piston life. A large balanced cast iron flywheel provides smooth, cool operation, enhancing durability and energy efficiency. The balanced crankshaft reduces vibration for trouble-free use, complemented by a high-efficiency finned tube intercooler that prevents carbon buildup and extends valve life.

Additional features include low oil pump temperature protection with an extra-capacity oil reservoir and a vertical 60-gallon ASME-certified air tank with manual drain to prevent rust. The heavy-duty motor with capacitor start includes built-in thermal overload and meets UL and CSA electrical standards.
