The Quincy 553DS80VCA20 QP Pro is a pressure-lubricated two-stage air compressor built for continuous, reliable operation in demanding workshop settings. Its gerotor positive displacement oil pump actively lubricates the crankshaft, bearings, and rods, reducing wear and extending pump life by up to 15% compared to splash-lubricated models. Running smoothly at 208V 3-phase power, this compressor offers consistent performance and enhanced durability.

This model features a spin-on oil filter for easier maintenance and stainless steel reed valves with valve bumpers that improve airflow efficiency and strength. The cast iron cylinders paired with a high-efficiency fin and tube intercooler help maintain optimal temperatures and reduce interstage heat for maximum compressor output. Additional features include graphite cylinder and head gaskets for secure sealing, and an electronically balanced fan-type cast iron flywheel designed to deliver effective cooling to the pump components.
